Andrei Georgescu’s career quickly went downhill. He played for a while at Filiași, a team with claims of promotion to the second league, but in September, he arrived at Progresul Mogoșoaia, but he didn’t last long there either. The defender from Roberto Ziduri dreamed of playing for Rapid Bucharest, but his dream is very far from being realized in the current conditions.

“I play defender. Between the ages of 6 and 11 I did swimming and karate, where I was national champion. But I liked football more. And since I didn’t have time for everything, I chose. I started at CS FC Dinamo, with Emil Georgescu. God, what a good coach he was. I also played at CSA Steaua, in the 2002 group. I want to reach Rapid. That’s where I would be the best, I feel.
