ZDF comedian Fabian Köster is known for his interviews with politicians in the “heute-show”. Now he is in front of the camera for a campaign by a federal ministry.
The comedian and ZDF reporter Fabian Köster (“heute-show”) presents several videos for more caution in road traffic. The initiative is commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Transport. Köster speaks in the first seven episodes, which are part of the campaign “#moreAttention“ and will appear online from Thursday, with various road users discussing dangers and problems on the road.
In the videos, he rides with a truck driver, a driving instructor or a towing service, or visits a bicycle fair in Berlin. “For me, #mehrAchtung is a great way to promote respect and consideration in everyday traffic – a cause that is really close to my heart,” said the 29-year-old, according to a statement from the initiative on Thursday. The first episodes of the series are available on YouTube or the campaign’s website.
On August 30, Köster will be seen together with Lutz van der Horst in the “heute-show special” with the subtitle “Two better-off West Germans in the East” on ZDF.
