The announcement of the winners will take place on November 21 on the main stage of the Los Angeles Auto Show, known as the LA Auto Show – AutoMobility LA, in a presentation sponsored by Meguiar’s.

These recognitions, which are celebrating their fifteenth anniversary, aim to provide Hispanic consumers with critical information about the vehicles most suitable for their lifestyles, placing special emphasis on key factors such as safety, technology and sustainable mobility.

This year, the HMPA jury evaluated more than two hundred cars, selecting three finalists in each category.

A Growing Market

The jury, made up of Hispanic automotive journalists, content creators and industry experts, has evaluated each vehicle based on elements that Hispanic consumers prioritize when purchasing, such as technology, the integration of safety systems and efficiency in emissions.

According to Ricardo Rodríguez-Long, founder of Hispanic Motor Press, “The drive for auto sales in this country is largely determined today by Hispanic consumers who account for 1 in 4 new vehicle purchases. With our tests we help guide Hispanic consumers so that they have information before purchasing cars, in addition to adopting cleaner transportation options”.

Meguiar’s participation in these awards underscores the relevance of automotive culture among the Hispanic community in the United States and its commitment to a safer and more environmentally friendly driving experience.

Founded in 1901, Meguiar’s has become a symbol of automotive culture in Los Angeles and Latin America, with products that have been part of this passion for more than a century.
