The new Red One action comedy combines the Christmas spirit and a sauna.
We’re sure to end up on the naughty list for sure, but Red One doesn’t seem like a movie that will get the Christmas stockings rolling by the fireplace. Sange’s seemingly tired film stars Chris Evans, who is wasting his talents, and Dwayne Johnson, who is plowing the bottom of his film career.
The story is as follows:
“When Santa Claus – codename: Red Riding Hood – is kidnapped, the Arctic Circle security chief (Dwayne Johnson) must join forces with the world’s most notorious bounty hunter (Chris Evans) to save Christmas, and together they complete a mission that sets the heroes on a whirlwind journey around the world.”
The new trailer showcases Red One’s “humor” and numerous special effects. Yes, some 12-year-olds will surely find joy in their lives from this mess, but it’s probably pointless for parents to actively seek out Red One…
The movie starring Lucy Liu and JK Simmons also arrives in Finnish theaters on November 7.
