Honda CL500 presented at the fair in Milan

Honda presented the latest edition of its CL500 motorcycle at the Milan Motor Show.

The Japanese company has a long tradition of producing small displacement motorcycles. The combination of handling characteristics, brilliant engine, affordability and character, results in motorcycles that gain special meaning for their owners over time.

The CL models from the 1960s and 1970s are a true example of what we mentioned, the first real street scramblers, and the 2022 CL500 has the looks, engine and toughness to meet today’s urban – and other – challenges.. Unchanged in terms of engine chassis, if you exclude Euro 5+ homologation, for 2025, the CL500 still brings with it updates that deal with details of ergonomics and style.

The revised foot position, along with new seat cushions, improves ride comfort without compromising its characteristics. The contoured sides, in addition, allow the motorcycle to be firmly planted with the legs in standing riding, typical of off-road riding. The intuitive LCD display with negative backlighting has also been revised and is now more readable even in direct sunlight. Two new colors, yellow and brown, are also arriving, increasing the total choice of colors to four.
