Honda Rides Invites Community to Riding Together at the Peak of Harpelnas Festival

DAPURPACUID – PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS) invited dozens of members of the Honda matic community to enliven the peak of the National Customer Day Festival, last Saturday (21/9).

Carrying the theme ‘#Closer,Warmer’, this activity was centered in the Betawi Cultural Village, Setu Babakan, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, after previously conducting city rolling.

Dozens of members of the Honda motorcycle community came from the Honda PCX Club Indonesia (HPCI) Jakarta Chapter and the Vario160 Community (V160) Jakarta Chapter.

Before finishing at the Betawi Cultural Village, they rode the Honda PCX 160, Vario 160 and Stylo 160 from Wahana Honda Gunung Sahari past several landmarks of the capital city of Jakarta, such as the HI Roundabout and the National Monument (Monas).

“We are holding a special National Customer Day to appreciate all Honda consumers, especially in Jakarta-Tangerang,” said Dept. Head HC3 PT WMS, Siti Mulyanah, in an official broadcast, Monday.

“This event is not only aimed at having fun, but also as a form of gratitude for choosing Honda motorbikes as your mobility companion,” added Siti.

There was closeness without any ‘bounding’ between the community members and Wahana Honda throughout the event, which was filled with various activities ranging from having lunch together, socializing to distributing merchandise.

The peak series of the event was also filled with various interesting fun games activities, an explanation of Honda Care services and an understanding of safe driving by the Wahana Safety Riding Promotion (SRP) team.

Special Service for Loyal Customers

To provide the best service, Wahana Honda also implements a ‘pick up the ball’ strategy in providing services through service visits to consumers’ homes.

In conjunction with National Customer Day some time ago, Wahana technicians together with Benedictus F. Maharanto, Head of Technical Service Department PT WMS visited consumers’ homes while providing service.

In addition, at that moment, Division Head of Sales PT WMS, Olivia Widyasuwita also directly delivered the new Honda unit to the consumer at his residence.

The woman who is familiarly called Mulia explained that Wahana is committed to always being close to consumers through the best sales and after-sales services.
