Honor launched the Honor Magic 7 and Magic 7 Pro in China this past October. Both models come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and at the same launch event. The company also announced plans to launch a more powerful version, the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design, in December.
DCS has revealed the specs of a smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, although it hasn’t directly named the model. But it is expected that it will be the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design that is about to be launched.
According to the information that came out This model will come with a 6.8-inch LTPO screen with a 4-sided curved design, 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera will include a 50-megapixel AON sensor with 3D ToF facial recognition technology.
The main camera will be a 50 megapixel OmniVision OV50K sensor with OIS vibration and a 1/1.3 inch adjustable aperture, a 50 megapixel ultrawide lens and a 200 megapixel Telephoto Periscope 3x Zoom lens with OIS vibration and a 1/1.4 inch sensor.
It runs Magic OS 9 and supports 100W fast charging, although battery capacity has not yet been specified. But it is expected to use the same 5,850mAh battery as the Magic 7 Pro and be IP68/IP69 certified for water and dust resistance.
It’s available in two colors: Provence Purple and Agate Gray, and the Porsche Design model is expected to come in two storage options: 24GB+512GB and 24GB+1TB.
