Janna Hurmerinna’s parents Sami and Maarit Hurmerinta are also well-known musicians.
Janna’s mother’s grandfather was an Italian musician Michael Orlando.
Janna Hurmerinta started studying classical piano at the age of six. He composed his first songs at the age of 16 and studied piano at the Vantaa Music Academy.
He graduated in 2001 and studied at the Helsinki Pop & Jazz Conservatory, graduating in 2004. He has also studied at the Complete Vocal Institute in Denmark.
After starting her solo career, she has gradually become one of the most famous female singers in Finland.
