Orhan, who was given a detention order within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Tunceli Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, went to the Provincial Police Department in the morning.
Orhan, who was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station, was given a judicial control measure in the form of “house arrest” for the crime of “incitement to commit a crime” by the criminal judgeship of peace on duty, where he was taken after the prosecutor’s interrogation.
Orhan was also banned from traveling abroad.
On the other hand, after the Ministry of Internal Affairs assigned Tunceli and Ovacık municipalities, 8 suspects who were detained for allegedly resisting the police were sent to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station.
Two of the suspects, who were taken to court after interrogation by the prosecutor’s office, were arrested, and 6 were released on condition of judicial control.
