However, the lighting used in our home can have a significant effect on our state of mind and general well-being.
It doesn’t hurt to know that light not only affects our vision, but also triggers emotional and psychological reactions in us. THE lamps brightness, the different effects of cold and warm lights, and the type of lights used in each room all contribute to the atmosphere of our home and how we feel in our living space.

Cold and warm lights
The color temperature of lights also has a significant effect on our emotions and mood.

Like bright light, they increase alertness and concentration, so they are excellent for work areas, offices, and rooms where mental activity comes to the fore. However, in general it can be said that for every room, it is worth striving to let in as much natural light as possible.
