DAPURPACUID – PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) is again carrying out CSR activities that focus on education and children, namely ‘We Care, We Share’ at Trans Studio Cibubur.
Carrying the theme ‘Leading the Front by Sharing’, the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso in Indonesia wants to make this activity a form of concern for the surrounding community.
Including orphans from orphanages or those from underprivileged families. This activity involved 100 children from several orphanages and communities around KTB.
Dozens of volunteers consisting of the Board of Directors and KTB employees also joined in. Various educational activities, entertainment and rides are presented specially by KTB for these children.
“We realize that children are an important element in society who must always receive the best attention from those around them,” said KTB President Director, Daisuke Okamoto.
He explained that his party runs this program to provide happiness in order to maintain the spirit and hope of the children to welcome a better future.
“PT KTB wants to always be at the forefront of innovation and contribution to Indonesian society,” added Okamoto, in his written statement some time ago.
Apart from interactive activities with volunteers, KTB also donated school equipment in the form of bags, books, stationery and basic necessities that can support school activities and the children’s daily lives.
Director of KTB’s Administration & Human Resources Division, Prasetio Hartono, said that KTB consistently maintains a balance between business achievements and providing a positive impact on society.
“One form of consistency can be seen through this program. “Hopefully this activity will be a memorable experience for the children and foster a sense of empathy for the employees,” he concluded. (dpid/TH)
