For 2024, Xiaomi had set itself rather important objectives. For its first year, the Chinese company had expected to sell at least 100,000 examples of a single model, namely the SU7.
According to data collected by Carnewschinathe brand seems to have reached these numbers. Not only that: it even surpassed them. In total, 130,000 SU7s have been sold across China in 2024.
Very high question
Mind-boggling numbers for the first electric model of the smartphone giant (also), especially if you consider that the SU7 barely needed nine months to reach 100,000 deliveries. Subsequently, from November 13th onwards another 30,000 units were added.

Launched on the market last March 28th at a price prezzo base of around 27,000 euros, Xiaomi convinced the Chinese public right away, with 50,000 orders received in the first 27 minutes of its launch. The incredible success of the model forced the company to review its production plans more than once, with volumes rising to 20,000 units per month in June.
And it doesn’t end here because in 2025 Xiaomi will further increase production to keep up with the pace of demand.
The new Xiaomi for 2025
By the way, two more models are arriving in 2025. First of all, deliveries of the SU7 Ultra will begin, the most extreme variant of the Chinese sedan equipped with three electric motors and a total of 1,548 hp. Furthermore, we will also see the YU7 crossover, which should be offered both in a 680 HP electric version and in an unprecedented hybrid version.
