How much sex do people your age usually have?

Scientists from the Kinsey Institute did research and came up with the long-awaited answer – they reveal how many sexual relations each person usually has according to their age.

In recent years, it has often been written that young people are having less sex than before. According to this research, people between the ages of 18 and 29 have sex 112 times a year. That’s twice a week on average.

People between the ages of 30 and 39 have sex 86 times a year, which is not so bad at 1.6 times a week. Couples in their 40s have sex 69 times a year.

“As we get older, the chances of contracting some chronic diseases increase, which negatively affects the frequency and quality of sexual activities,” the study says.

People over the age of 50 were not included in this experiment.

Earlier research by scientists from the University of Manchester, which included people aged 50 to 90 years, showed that these couples manage to maintain a sexual life despite potential health problems.
