Anyone who dreams of a job in the automotive world has an opportunity at Rolls-Royce, which has opened its apprenticeship program for 2025. There are several roles you can apply for online until March.
Selected candidates will be reviewed for the final phase of the Assessment Center at the end of April 2025 and all will still receive detailed feedback on their performance. The majority of apprenticeships, which all take place in the UK, will start August 2025.
The opportunities offered
The Rolls-Royce Apprenticeship Program allows apprentices to study to obtain recognized qualifications nationally through local higher education partners and offers the opportunity to acquire practical training experience in departments and company functions, working alongside expert colleagues. The proposed roles are:
Interior finishing centre
Vehicle production
Industrial sewing
Center internal surface, wood
Center external surface
Vehicle painting engineering and maintenance
Metrology
Production and distribution control (Project Management)
Technical planning

How to apply
The application window will remain open until March 2, 2025 for Level 6 and al roles March 30, 2025 for Level 2 and 3 roles.
The selection process begins with filling out the online application form and is followed by an introductory video interview, with pre-recorded questions from current apprentices.
