- Owners of Galaxy Buds3 Pro headphones are complaining about problems when changing the ear tips
- Replacement is complicated and the attachment is easily damaged
- We provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement to avoid damage
The new Galaxy Buds3 headphones haven’t hit the shelves yet, and they already have their first serious problem. Users complain that attempting to exchange the ear tip for a different size during removal will damage it.
We haven’t had the opportunity to properly test the headphones yet, so we can’t say for sure if there is a problem with the design of the attachment, if users are clumsy and don’t read the instructions, or if some pieces didn’t stiffen the connection. The Galaxy Buds 3Pro headphones have a different attachment mechanism than the previous model. With it, the attachment clicked on, while the new one has a bayonet and the attachment has to be turned. So it’s quite possible that it is user error.
- When attaching or detaching the extensions from the headphones be careful not to use your fingernailsyou could tear the attachment
- Do not push or twist the attachment with forcethey could be damaged
- Do not pull the attachments, you can tear them easily
- If the tip gets caught in the gap on the outside of the earpiece when putting it on, remove it and try again

Step 1. Turn the attachment over to the handset. Grasp the main body of the handset and turn the extension with the other hand.

Step 3. Choose the attachment that is most convenient for you. Align the earpiece speaker with the groove on the earpiece and push it in until you hear a click.
