Service ATM withdrawal by mobile phone is not only useful, but also safe function. You don’t need a physical payment card for this, so no one will take it, copy data from it, or lose it. You can withdraw cash from the ATM at any time, you just need to be at the right ATM and have this functionality available.
Tatra banka was the first Slovak bank that offered this option to its customers, and not only I, but also people around me often use it. Recently, however, the mobile application has undergone a small design change, more precisely its design bottom bar. Originally, there was also a Withdrawal from an ATM, but now it has been replaced by an icon Request payment.
According to the bank’s report, which is displayed to customers after opening the application after the change, the reason is its wide, practical use when you need to share your account number, for example, to split the payment for a shared lunch with colleagues. If you skipped this message and did not read it properly, or if you forgot what was written there and you want to return ATM Withdrawal by mobile phone back to the bar, we will advise you how to do it.
How to return the ATM Withdrawal icon to the bottom bar
You have three options to still use this functionality. The first is quick access directly from the home screen of the application before logging in. Press the first icon from the left and you will get to the application, where you can enter the necessary data.

The third option is return the quick access icon back to the toolbar. You can easily do this by going to the home screen of the application, tapping on Edit in the upper right and selecting Item in the bottom menu. Here you change the Payment Request for ATM Withdrawal, save the changes and you’re done. You have everything the old way.
