An action will be held on Galata Bridge with the participation of nearly 400 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) coming together under the umbrella of the National Will Platform. Participants will call to send a message to the world against the ongoing oppression in Palestine.
TÜGVA Chairman İbrahim Kırmızı said that hundreds of thousands of people will come together in the action supported by many NGOs and will be the voice of Palestine.
Inviting citizens to support the action, Fifth said, “There will be voices coming from many squares outside our country that hear this call. They even say ‘We want to do this action too.’ Many organizations have stepped in. Tomorrow, prayers will be said for our martyrs in Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, Yeni Mosque and Fatih Mosque. Afterwards, we will meet at Galata Bridge at 08.30 accompanied by beautiful melodies. And there will be anthems.” he said.

More than 250 thousand people participated in the march held on the Galata Bridge for Gaza on the first day of 2024. Participation is expected to be even higher this year.
