Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced that it opened a promotional center for ‘The H Han River’ proposed in Hannam District 4 on the 24th.

The ‘H Han River’ promotional center will be opened on the site of the former Crown Hotel located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, in accordance with the promotional center operation policy of the Hannam District 4 Association. It contains Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s differentiated proposals and customized designs for union members.

The promotional center emphasized curves and openness, reflecting the philosophy of Zaha Hadid, the first woman to win the Pritzker Prize. The three-dimensional and flowing exterior wall expresses the curved beauty that symbolizes the waves of the Han River and the ridge of Namsan Mountain.

The interior is comprised of a variety of experiential contents beyond a simple exhibition-type promotional center. At the entrance lobby, a large LED screen will display a video that harmoniously captures the complex’s video and the vision of ‘The H Han River’.

In addition, you can check key design elements such as the complex model and major finishing materials at a glance. In particular, the community ceiling height of 8m and the household ceiling height of 2.7m were implemented to create a maximized sense of openness, and faucets, magic glass, etc. were actually installed.

In addition, a ‘Zaha Hadid Zone’ will be created to introduce major architectural works designed by Zaha Hadid, providing an opportunity to understand the world-renowned architect’s philosophy and design.

The ‘H Han River’ promotional center will operate from the 24th to January 18, 2025. Operating hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM every day, and you can visit both weekdays and weekends.

Business information sessions for union members are held four times a day (10 a.m., 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 6 p.m.) and require advance reservations.
