Themis Adamantidis gave explanations for his ex-partner’s complaint of beating in an interview on the “Smile Again” show.
Speaking on Mega’s show, the singer mentioned his views on companionship, noting – among other things – that “the woman has to take care of the house and be good to me so that I can take care of the rest”.
“I see relationship and love with my own philosophy. I want the woman to be with the children, take care of the house and be good to me so that I can deal with the rest. We had no serious relationship with Varvara, it was a free relationship. I had not hit her, nor had I cursed her. If it had happened, he would have sued me again.”he said.
“I was surprised when they told me about the lawsuit and asked me to search my car. If what he claims is true, he will appear in court. If there is an eyewitness, let him come to court. As for whether I am in the disputed video, Mr. Kougias knows it well and will be seen at the trial. The photos that Varvara has with a black eye are from her previous partner,” he continued.
“He made the complaint because I didn’t want to continue being together, we had drifted apart. Wherever we were, he exchanged phone numbers, he didn’t respect me that much. It was a constant insult and that’s why I didn’t want to be together. I wasn’t manipulative,” the singer said.
“She was intervening in jobs that did not concern her. He indicated to me how much money to give to my child, to the women. This was too much and I couldn’t take it anymore. Mrs. Stefanova on her nerves has said things that she is going to deny. Everyone has passions and suffers. And of course we all learn from our passions, some early, others late”, he continued.
At the end of his interview, the singer apologized to his fans, the world and women.
“I will apologize to my fans, to the world and to women. Sorry for all the trouble. Should I apologize to Barbara? Shouldn’t she also apologize to me for going to pick up a brick from a house and throwing it all down? I have not caused any trauma, no hit on a woman because I consider it unnecessary.” said Themis Adamantidis.
