A classic model and two 360-degree folding models are coming.
ASUS also prepared Vivobook series notebooks for this year’s IFA event, which update the more classic line. All of the new products are Copilot+ rated, pre-installed with Windows 11 and use the Lunar Lake platform.
The Vivobook S 14 is a 1.3 kg minimalist design construction with a 14-inch OLED display with 1920×1200 or 2880×1800 pixels, and the DisplayHDR True Black 600 rating is uniformly guaranteed. The notebook frame can have up to a Core Ultra 7 258V with 32 GB of system memory, a 512 GB or 1 TB SSD, and the consumption limit is maximized at 35 watts. Although this is not the maximum allowed by Intel, it is only 2 watts short of it, so there cannot be such big differences in performance.
The notebook, which is supported by the Harman Kardon sound system, offers Wi-Fi 7, an ErgoSense touchpad, and an RGB ErgoSense keyboard, is equipped with a 75 Wh battery, which enables a maximum of 27 hours of operating time on a single charge.
The Vivobook 14 and 16 Flip differ slightly from the above solution. The latter indicator naturally indicates that the display can be folded out 360 degrees, and the numbering corresponds to the size of the display. The 14-inch model gets a Full HD OLED NanoEdge touch screen, while the 16-inch model gets a 3K OLED. DisplayHDR True Black 500 is a standard here as well.
In the configurations that provide Wi-Fi 7, the maximum is Core Ultra 7 258V, with 32 GB of system memory, and the battery is 70 Wh, while the data is stored on a 1 TB SSD. Compatibility with ASUS Pen 2.0 is another extra.
ASUS will start shipping the new Vivobook notebooks in the coming weeks.
