Il Tempo delle Donne 2024: discover the program of this edition

As in the first edition in 2014, the key word around which the programme is developed Women’s Time is: work. What has changed in the past decade? We will try to answer this and other questions, highlighting the steps forward made, the ideas and possible actions for those that still remain to be done. Our free songil concerto which traditionally closes the Saturday and Sunday days of the Women’s Time, will see on stage this year: Dardus, Negrita and Piero Pelù on Saturday 14th; Sunday 15th an interview with Riccardo Zanotti (Pinguini Tattici Nucleari) and the music of Vasco Brondi, La Rappresentante di Lista, How Things Are and followed by Angelina Mango, the revelation artist of 2024 and winner of the last Sanremo Festival, who will officially close this edition of il Tempo delle Donne.

On Thursday 12th September, for the third consecutive year, the Time of Women will have a preview at theUniversity of Milanwhere Equality Day will be celebrated with an event in the morning in the Aula Magna, attended by the rectors of the Lombard Universities, followed by a dialogue with Francesca Michielin. In the afternoon six workshops on: leadership and femininity, stereotypes and gender violence in language, women’s health, legal professions in Milan, conciliation of birth and work, access to the world of work.

Dozens of events also spread across the city. Starting from September 4th, in bookstores, libraries, galleries, associations and institutions, appointments and meetings will be organized to explore themes regarding education, training and identity; the economic independence of women and the power dynamics linked to money; the balance between private and professional life.
