That’s how we got them. The awaited and anticipated iPhone 16 is finally here. Small and large, a small flag and the largest iPhone that Apple has ever introduced. A truly diverse quartet arrived this year, but it’s definitely not easy to decide whether the new iPhone 16 is worth buying or not. We will help you a little with that.
First impressions of the iPhone 16 (Pro)
If you new iPhony 16 have disappointed by bringing less innovation rather than more, so keep one thing in mind. For modern, mature products, four- to five-year cycles take place, when improvements are made rather gradually, with deliberation, and within this cycle, the annual transition to new models is often not completely worthwhile.
But this does not mean that the new iPhones 16 are completely without innovations, not even by mistake. There just aren’t that many of them and they don’t look revolutionary, more like improvements to already existing, existing elements. But one really big step Apple has taken with the new generation of iPhones is to build them around artificial intelligence, which is known as Apple Intelligence.

Does it make sense to think about iPhone 16 because of AI?
In the homeland Apple maybe, definitely not here. At least for now. Apple Intelligence certainly looks very capable, but due to legislation, it will not be available everywhere, and the Czech Republic is unfortunately not on the list of countries where users can enjoy Apple’s AI to the fullest extent. But as soon as all the elements of Apple Intelligence are available in our country, it will definitely be a bomb.
The main reasons for switching to the new iPhone 16 appear to be the combination of new, powerful chips with better cameras and new elements around photos and videos. The flagship models Pro and Pro Max can shoot videos in 4K resolution at 120 fps, and the zero shutter lag for ProRAW and HEIF photos looks interesting.
To buy or not to buy?

But it is more or less the case that switching from last year’s model, unless you are outright technology enthusiasts and working in the field, is not worthwhile and does not make much sense. But if you have a five-, four-, or even three-year-old iPhone, the sixteenth generation will definitely have something to offer you, and here its purchase already makes sense.
