The traditional recipe of gogonone in brine
Recipe for pickled gogones in brine. Whether it’s cucumbers, peppers, cabbage or gogones, pickles are excellent as a side dish.
Here is a simple recipe for pickled gogones in brine. You need the following ingredients: tomatoes, green capsicum, celery, sprigs of dill and horseradish, a spoonful of salt, a liter of water, 250 ml of vinegar, mustard seeds.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Wash the vegetables, clean them and place them in the new jars. Place the dill sprigs on top of them. In a large pot, boil the pickle juice. Add one tablespoon of salt to every liter of water and 250ml of vinegar to every eight liters of water. You can add mustard seeds. Pour the hot juice over the vegetables in the jar as soon as the salt has melted.
Seal the jars. Place the jars on a metal tray to keep warm without breaking. Allow the jars to cool completely, then store in the pantry.
