Pretty much they liquidated the results of the Ukrainian counterattack at Bahmutand they also pushed into the territory of Csasiv Jar. Toreck and Pokrovs were besieged.
In this year, they broke into the Kharkiv area, and Vovchansk fell almost completely into Russian hands. It was occupied the town of Vuhledár in southern Donetsk and the surrounding areas.
All of this means that Putin’s soldiers occupied about 0.3% of Ukraine’s territory in one year, and although this may seem small at first, the current dynamics of the war is clearly indicated by the fact that a third of the conquests took place by September 2024.
