BANJALUKA – The Minister of Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Srpska, Denis Šulić, spoke today with representatives of chambers of commerce and merchants about the “Socially Responsible” campaign, which should continue in August, when customers will have the opportunity to buy certain products for which merchants voluntarily waive the markup.
The meeting also discussed in detail the groups of products that will be included in this campaign, which are goods from different categories such as agricultural products, food products, chemical products, and personal hygiene products.
These items will be marked with “Socially Responsible” wobblers in markets, the relevant ministry announced.
The “Socially Responsible” campaign was launched in June of last year, and is open to all business entities that want to take part in it.
Lists of products and business entities participating in the campaign will be available on the Ministry’s website, and after updating the list of participants and products included in the campaign, the public will be informed in a timely manner.
This initiative represents a form of continuous cooperation between the Ministry of Trade and Tourism and the business community.
