The body of an unidentified youth recovered from Khulshi area of Chittagong city has been identified.
His name is Abdur Rahim Babul (52). He is the son of deceased Bacha Mia of Chanpur village of Banskhali upazila of the district. He is a rickshaw driver by profession.
On Sunday (January 12) afternoon, Babul’s family came to Khulshi police station and identified the body. The investigation officer and SI of Khulshi police station confirmed the identification of the incident. Belal.
According to police and family sources, the deceased Babul used to live in the city with his family. His wife owns a tailor shop in Chittagong city. Besides that, Babul used to drive rickshaws in the city. But Babul went out with a rickshaw last night and died.

Earlier, the police recovered the body of Babul with scotch tape on his face and his hands and feet tied from Railway Pahartali Worksop Gate area under Khulshi Police Station of the city.
