On September 19, a local resident contacted the regional police and told them about a pedophile who was operating on a children’s playground on Privokzalnaya Street in the village of Toksovo. The police caught the suspect on Dorozhnikov Street, the Operativnoye Prikrytie news agency reports.
The suspect was a 53-year-old migrant from Uzbekistan. It is known that the detainee did not work anywhere. At the moment, the offender has been placed in a cell. A criminal case has been opened against the visiting rapist under Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
