“The three-story brick building with an area of ​​more than 3 thousand square meters was built in 1909 and was completed until 1937. Its engineering systems and part of the structures were in unsatisfactory condition, so the decision was made to undergo a major overhaul,” says Pyotr Biryukov. “The building is an object cultural heritage, in connection with this, the necessary restoration work was carried out in it.”

The building was strengthened, the floors were repaired, the floor screed was installed, the rafter system and roof covering were updated. The electrical and water supply, heating, sewerage, air conditioning and ventilation systems were completely replaced.

“Partitions, suspended ceilings were made on the floors, stone window sills were installed. 147 window and nine door blocks made of hard wood were installed; they are part of the historical appearance of the building, so their size, shape and color were preserved. The facade of the building has an area of ​​almost 3 thousand square meters. meters were restored. The finishing was done in a way characteristic of the first half of the 20th century – painting on plaster and brick,” Biryukov noted.

The hospital building retains the cornices, horizontal graphic rustication at the ground floor level and metal canopies over the entrances. Staircases with figured metal railings were preserved and restored, and Metlakh tiles on the landings were restored.

The head of the Municipal Services Complex emphasized that the Monier vaults discovered on the staircase flights were also preserved – semicircular arched vaults resting on iron beams. They were put in order and plastered.
