The accident occurred on the evening of November 25. The department clarified that a 43-year-old driver of a car was driving along the street. At this time, a pensioner came out onto the pedestrian crossing. She decided to quickly cross the road when it turned red.
As a result, the elderly woman was hit by a car. She died on the spot.
The identity of the deceased is being established.
