In the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg, a pedestrian was hit by a bus while moving along the crossing. This is reported by “Fontanka“with reference to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Northern capital and the Leningrad region.

A 46-year-old public transport driver was driving through a flashing green light at an intersection. At a turn, he ran into a 72-year-old resident of St. Petersburg, who was crossing the roadway at a pedestrian crossing, also with a green light.

The man was hospitalized in serious condition. He suffered head injuries. The victim is now in intensive care.
