Inconspicuous symptoms of a heart attack have become known

A cardiologist spoke about warning signs.

Russians were told about the first signs of heart problems and heart attacks. Cardiologist Yulia Marshintseva is sounding the alarm: heart diseases are increasingly being detected in young people.

According to her, such patients complain of numbness in the fingers and mild pain in the heart or even on the right side of the chest.

These symptoms may be signs of a heart attack and heart problems, the doctor said. “Previously, this was considered a sign of some hernias, protrusions in the spine. But, as practice has shown, they are diagnosed with ischemia,” Marshintseva explained in a conversation with “RIA Novosti”.

In addition, the cardiologist warned that a heart attack does not always cause chest pain, the stomach may hurt, as with appendicitis. Another non-obvious indicator of heart problems may even be a toothache.

In this regard, the expert urged Russians to do an ECG for any pain. “This is an absolutely routine cheap method, but it differentiates heart attacks well,” the doctor concluded.

Earlier, Russians were given advice on how to avoid a “dacha” heart attack.
