With the debut of Apple Intelligence, the system required 4 GB of free space to support this solution.
However, with the debut of the next version of the system – iOS 18.2 – the demand for disk space increased. Currently, according to Apple, the space needed is as much as 7 GB. This applies to iPhones, iPads and Mac computers.
It should be borne in mind that the required disk space will probably increase as this solution develops and becomes more functional.
It is worth keeping this in mind when purchasing subsequent devices.
