On Monday’s radio morning, the finalist of the industrialist of the year, Alvar Sass, CEO of Harju Elektri, Ain Hanschmidt, co-founder of Infortar, which will announce its third quarter results on Monday morning, Kristo Timberg, CEO of Hansab, which was the victim of a cyber attack in the spring, and Arno Vaik, head of Threod Defense, a defense industry player that is growing its turnover and team extremely quickly, will be interviewed.

12.00–13.00 “Employers’ hour”. The outlook for commerce and catering-accommodation for the next few years is bleak – consumer confidence is low, tax increases amplify the already rapidly growing costs.
The show will talk about whether we are making ourselves poor, what obstacles stand in the way of business development and how to remove them, what entrepreneurs themselves can do and what the state should do, and how to make yourself attractive to investors next to a hostile neighbor, and how to find ambitious companies and reshape the economic space .
Erkki Laugus, member of the board of the Estonian Merchants Union and manager of Tallinna Kaubamaja, and Ain Käpp, chairman of the board of the Estonian Hotels and Restaurants Association and manager of the Radisson and Palace hotels, will speak in the program. The presenter is Rivo Sarapik.
13.00–14.00 “Service guide”. In the show, we talk about supporting and noticing employees, the responsibility of managers and the company, and opportunities to help with mental health.
Analyzing challenges related to mental health and offering solutions, CEO of Peaasi.ee and clinical psychologist Anna-Kaisa Oidermaa and Tele2 Estonia’s human development expert and coach Mihkel Joasoo. The show discusses the state of mental health today, how it has changed over the past few years, and what can be done to prevent problems.
Maarit Eerme, the head of konduri.ee, hosts the show.
15.00–16.00 “Lavajutud”. The show will feature two presentations. First, Kelly Sildaru talks about how to become the best in the world and what you have to sacrifice in order to win the biggest competitions in the sport at just 13 years old. The presentation was recorded at the Investment Festival held in July this year. The conversation with Kelly was moderated by Jana Palm, head of Äripäiv major events.
In the second half of the show, we will hear a presentation from the seminar “How to communicate fluently at work?”. Head of the Tartumaa Department of the Unemployment Insurance Fund, supervisor and coach Jane Väli talks about what to do when communication has soured due to disagreements.
