InPost is second to none. The research results confirm the dominance of the Polish brand

Rafał Brzoska boasted about research that reveals Poles’ approach to InPost parcel lockers.

There is no longer any doubt about it – InPost has joined the group of national diamonds (along with pierogi and Robert Lewandowski). The latest Kantar research shows that this entity is the most recognizable brand delivering parcels in Poland. It is also the main choice of Poles, leaving the competition far behind.

InPost has it all – great marketing, good contact with users, convenience of services provided and the availability of parcel lockers located even in the smallest towns. It is therefore not surprising that Rafał Brzoska’s company is achieving further milestones – the father of the brand boasted interesting research resultswhich shows that:

  • 93% of Polish Internet users choose Paczkomat® InPost as a delivery method, and 85% as a shipping method
  • 83% of respondents consider Paczkomat® InPost to be the most ecological delivery method.
  • 78% of respondents point to modern internet and mobile solutions used by InPost.
  • The NPS indicator reached the level of 77 points, indicating a high willingness to recommend InPost.

The respondents declared recognition at the level of 99% – this is a great result that illustrates InPost’s success. Customers appreciate aspects such as the proximity of a parcel machine, the ability to track the parcel, weekend deliveries and contactless collection. Data as of August 2024 show that InPost currently has as many as 78,000 out-of-home points, including over 43,000 parcel locker devices.

Not only Poland – InPost is conquering foreign markets

The high recognition of InPost on the Vistula River is of course pleasing, but the company has no intention of stopping there. InPost already offers services outside Poland, offering the option of sending parcels to parcel lockers in other European countries, such as France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium or the Netherlands. These go to PUDO points – if the number exceeds 35,000. The method of sending parcels to these countries does not differ from the previous shipments in Poland.
