- Xiaomi will send the BE3600 router to Europe, it is surprisingly cheap in China

At the beginning of this year, Xiaomi introduced crazy in its home market cheap router BE3600which you can currently purchase at AliExpress for less than eleven hundred. The product will probably also arrive in Europe through official distribution, as indicated by its listing on manufacturer’s global website.
From other routers introduced during this year, the BE3600 model differs mainly in terms of support modern Wi-Fi 7 connectivity standard, while supporting theoretical wireless speed up to 3 600 Mb/s. Of course he can use it both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
In one moment, the router can serve up to 128 devicesand therefore there should be no risk of experiencing a significant drop in stability when using the Wi-Fi network simultaneously on multiple mobile phones or computers. We owe this primarily to the quad-core chipset from Qualcomm solid computing power of up to 10,120 DMIPS. Just for comparison: the AX3000T model, which can also be purchased domestically, offers a maximum of 6,000 DMIPS.
The Xiaomi BE3600 router can then boast of its presence one gigabit WAN/LAN port with a speed of up to 2,500 Mb/s and another trio of ports with a maximum speed of 1,000 Mb/s.
From the functions we can punch out OFDMA technologywhich ensures more efficient data transmission, IPTV support, the possibility of integration into the Xiaomi mesh system or an exclusive increase in speed on smartphones of the same manufacturer. It is also worth mentioning WPA3 security.
What is OFDMA?
OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) is a technology used in wireless networks that enables efficient use of the frequency spectrum by dividing the transmission band into smaller subcarrier frequencies. Each of these frequencies can be assigned to different users at the same time, allowing multiple users to transmit data in parallel in real time. This approach increases transmission efficiency, improves network capacity and reduces latency compared to older technologies such as OFDM. OFDMA is a key technology in modern networks such as LTE and 5G.
We do not yet know when exactly the router will reach Europe and what its official price will be for the local markets.
