Two Intel Arc B580 Battlemage graphics cards from ASRock appeared on Amazon for a while. Two models Steel Legend and Challenger will offer interesting specifications, they will be presented in December.
Intel will soon introduce a new series of Arc B580 graphics cards with the Xe2-HPG architecture. Or so say several leaks. The new graphics should be an option for regular users and offer a good price-performance ratio. But now we already know that they will offer a PCIe 5.0 x8 interface, 12 GB of VRAM GDDR6 memory with a 192-bit width and a clock speed of up to 2,800 MHz. The information was leaked from the briefly published card listings on Amazon, which included two cards from ASRock – the Steel Legend and Challenger models.
The larger Steel Legend features a white body, three RGB fans and two 8-pin power connectors. The smaller Challenger has two fans, a clock speed of up to 2,740 MHz and one 8-pin connector. Both models offer three DisplayPorts and one HDMI port, while the details of their versions are not yet known.
The launch of the Battlemage line should take place in December, putting Intel ahead of competition from Nvidia and AMD, which plan to show their new RTX 50 and RDNA4 graphics cards only in early 2025, probably at CES. The first renders and leaked benchmarks indicate that Battlemage has the potential to be a good rival to established graphics from the competition.
