Intel Core 200S, new processors leaked

Intel Core 200S, the new desktop processors that the chip giant will launch this month, have been leaked in a supposedly official slide, which offers all its detailed features.

Last month we offered you a special article where we summarized the most reliable information of everything that had reached the Internet to date about these Core 200S or what is the same, the Arrow Lake-S. There we also analyzed the hybrid design of these CPUs and the different series/ranges in which they would be marketed.

An important launch, there is no doubt, since Intel Corporation is going through one of the worst moments in its history. It has been recording significant drops in income and profits, is preparing a program of thousands of layoffs and there are even rumors of a purchase by Qualcomm, something unthinkable until a few years ago. In addition, the Core Gen 13 and Core Gen 14 stability problems have been significant.

Intel Core 200S, specifications

The slide shows information about five processors and details key specifications such as the number of cores, cache size, operating frequencies, TDP consumption, and more.

We leave you with a summary of each of them:

  • Core Ultra 9 285K. A 20-core CPU that includes eight “Lion Cove” performance cores and 16 “Skymont” efficient cores. Its maximum working frequency reaches 5.5 GHz and includes 30 MB of Intel Smart Cache along with 36 MB of L2 cache. Its integrated GPU is an Intel Xe with 4 execution units at 2 GHz.
  • Core Ultra 9 265K. A 24-core CPU that includes eight “Lion Cove” performance cores and 16 “Skymont” efficient cores. Its maximum working frequency reaches 5.7 GHz and includes 36 MB of Intel Smart Cache along with 40 MB of L2 cache. Its integrated GPU is an Intel Xe with 4 execution units at 2 GHz.
  • Core Ultra 9 265KF. The same specifications as the previous one, with the difference that the ‘KF’ versions do not have integrated graphics.
  • Core Ultra 9 245K. 14-core CPU with 6 P for high-performance tasks and 8 E for energy efficiency. Its maximum working frequency would reach 5.2 GHz, with 24 MB of Intel Smart Cache and 26 MB of second-level cache. Its integrated GPU is an Intel Xe with 4 execution units at 1.9 GHz.
  • Core Ultra 9 245KF. The same specifications as the previous one, with the difference that the ‘KF’ versions do not have integrated graphics.

All Intel Core 200S processors support basic DDR5-6400 RAM memorieswhich marks a significant leap (+800Hz) compared to the previous generation. These CPUs support a maximum of 192 GB of RAM. It is also common neural processing unit third generation capable of 13 TOPS, significantly less than the 48 TOPS supported by Lunar Lake laptop chips that follow the guidelines set by Microsoft for Copilot+ PCs.

The new Intel processors are expected to be announced this month and will be available before the end of the year along with the new batch motherboards with the Z890 chipset.
