Intellis strengthens the ownership circle with a successful tech profile

The rapidly growing Danish provider of e-procurement solutions is now strengthening the ownership group with investor and software developer Lars Sneftrup Pedersen – and at the same time turbocharging the development of the core product and customer experience.

With the goal of creating the market’s most satisfied customers, the software company Intellis has included a new strong profile that will help optimize the development of the company’s core product.

The new member of the ownership circle is investor and director Lars Sneftrup Pedersen, who is, among other things, behind the Aalborg company Admin By Request, and who brings many years of experience within the development of software products.

You understand has in a relatively short time grown tremendously and become a significant player on the market for e-procurement, and our highest priority is now to continue this growth without compromising on the quality of our products and services. We simply want our customers to be the most satisfied on the market, and with that aim it is essential that we have been able to attract a profile like Lars Sneftrup Pedersen, says COO and Co-Founder at Intellis, Stig Larsen.

– Intellis is a dynamic and progressive company with a strong product, fantastic energy and some exciting visions. I see great future potential, which I hope to help realize by contributing my knowledge and experience. This will happen alongside my continued primary work with Admin By Request, says CEO at Admin By Request, Lars Sneftrup Pedersen.

The expansion of the ownership group takes place just half a year after Intellis welcomed another significant profile to the ownership group and board of directors, namely Formula 1 driver and investor Kevin Magnussen. While Kevin Magnussen has helped profile the company and create new customer relationships, the focus is now on optimizing the company’s core product and improving the overall customer experience.

– Lars Sneftrup Pedersen has demonstrated with his own company how to be successful with self-developed software systems. It is a valuable experience that can help us define a clear strategy for developing and updating our software, so that it is always in line with the market’s needs and preferably a level better, adds Partner and Co-Founder at Intellis, Søren The eagerness.

Stig Larsen and Søren Iversen point to a number of concrete areas where Intellis must be developed and strengthened in order to maintain growth and at the same time remain the most attractive player on the market for e-procurement:

– It is mainly about innovation, quality assurance and risk assurance. We must continue to identify and seize the ideas that can lead to unique features that differentiate our solutions from those of our competitors. At the same time, through tests and quality control, we must ensure a stable software, and also seize the feedback that comes from users to improve the product. Finally, we must be even sharper at identifying potential risks and developing strategies to deal with them, says Stig Larsen.

– Intellis faces a future where we must welcome even more colleagues. Our growth requires more hands, and in the coming time more employees will be hired in both the development department, the support department and the project department, concludes Søren Iversen.
