Turkcell continues to sign international collaborations on new generation communication technologies. Turkcell and Huawei signed strategic cooperation agreements for the development of new generation network technologies such as 5.5G, DWDM and artificial intelligence technology. Deepening existing collaborations in the fields of intelligent network analysis and operation, artificial intelligence software, cloud technologies and digital transformation with the protocols signed between the two companies; It is aimed to discover new business opportunities in digitalization for individuals and sectors.
Turkcell, Turkey’s leading technology company, signed a series of cooperation protocols with Huawei to strengthen its strategic cooperation. Within the scope of the goodwill protocols signed in Shenzhen, the two companies aim to jointly develop innovative solutions specific to 5.5G, the advanced version of 5G, new generation DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies. .
Local manufacturers will be able to have a say in the emergence of innovative solutions by including them in product and service projects to be developed through joint studies.

This cooperation will also make significant contributions to Turkey’s achievement of its national digital development goals.
COOPERATION WITH SATELLITE COMPANY SPACESAIL
Turkcell signed a goodwill protocol with Spacesail, one of China’s leading initiatives in satellite technologies, to carry out joint work. Within the scope of the agreement, the two companies will conduct experiments in providing network services via satellite in terrestrial areas and overseas regions where mobile coverage is insufficient. With this cooperation, Turkcell adds a new one to its international cooperation efforts in direct communication with mobile phones via near-orbit satellites. Turkcell had previously signed a cooperation agreement with the US-based near-orbit satellite communications company Lynk to test SMS, voice and data services directly to phones via satellite.
