As previously announced, Apple has released public test versions of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15, watchOS 11, and tvOS 18. To ensure the safety of your data, we recommend making backup copies before installing the systems.
In order to install the public version of iOS/iPadOS and watchOS, you must register (log in) on the appropriate page on the Apple website, download a special profile, and then update the system to a test version. It’s a good idea to do it all from a mobile device.
Please note that once you install the latest version of watchOS, you will not be able to revert to the previous stable version – watchOS 10.5.
For macOS 15 you need to download the profile – macOS Public Beta Access Utility – and then the beta system.
In the case of tvOS, you need to click in your web browser you can enroll your Apple TV. Then, in the Apple TV settings, log in to your account, go to the update options and select Get Public Beta Update. Finally, follow the steps that appear. If the automatic installation option is disabled, you should enter the manual update search.
You can also download a trial version of the software designed for HomePod speakers, but we do not recommend this solution due to possible issues with device serviceability.
