At the same time, AI is starting to affect the way hiring is done, jobs are obtained or lost. According to Cristian-Andrei Pantir, Head of Marketing Adecco EEMEA, based on the study carried out by Adecco, the most negatively affected by AI are Indian employees, where 37% of them say they have lost their jobs because of this technology . In Romania, the numbers look better and only 10% of Romanian employees say they have lost their jobs due to artificial intelligence.

For many industries it is a revolution, similar to the invention of the Internet, we are still at the beginning, but the impact is already beginning to be seen in the strategy of employers to outline or not their future functions in departments.
