On Thursday, the Israeli army carried out an airstrike against Sana’a International Airport and also hit military infrastructure in the western Yemeni port cities of Hodeidah, Salif and Ras Kanatib. According to the Ministry of Health of the Huzi government, three people died in the attack on the airport.

Last Saturday, the Israeli army failed to intercept a rocket coming from Yemen that hit the Tel Aviv-Jaffa areainjuring fourteen people. After the attack, the Israeli Prime Minister stated in the parliament on Monday that he asked the army to destroy the infrastructures of the Houthis.

The Israeli army reported on Friday that it destroyed a rocket fired from Yemen at dawn before it could reach Israel’s airspace.

After sirens went off in central Israel, a rocket launched from Yemen was shot down before it reached Israeli airspace. The sirens warning the population were turned on because there was a possibility that pieces of the rocket fired from Yemen would fall into Israeli territory after the hit, the Israeli army said in a statement.
