In the case of the latter, this is not only the result of Ukraine building an effective system radio-electronic warfare in the east of the country, but also with increasingly frequent attacks on reconnaissance aircraft.
Interestingly, the Security Service of Ukraine has no problem obtaining intelligence information from the Russians. Low morale, poverty and the desire to return to normality among Russians make them willing to accept dollars for extremely valuable information. Sam Budanov, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, revealed a spectacular attack on the headquarters Russian Black Sea Fleet whether numerous command centers were due to information obtained from Russian soldiers themselves.
