Matteo Bocelli is the son of the famous Italian tenor: He will arrive in Belgrade in June
Singer-songwriter Matteo Bocelli has already performed on some of the world’s biggest stages and tasted musical fame sharing his emotional songs and extraordinary vocals with audiences around the world. Finally, the Belgrade audience will have the opportunity to enjoy his songs and powerful voice at the concert on June 19, 2025 in the MTS Hall, which is part of the new European tour “Summer Nights”. Apart from Belgrade, they will perform in many destinations on the tour, visiting most of the Balkans and places along the Mediterranean, as well as previously sold out halls in Poland, Germany and Hungary.
From his first performance at the age of 18 in the Roman Colosseum, through a duet with his father Andrea Bocelli and the song “Fall On Me” released in 2018, to singing a reimagined version of “Time To Say Goodbye” which he also performed with his father at the last awarded the Oscar, Mateo was actively building an independent career as a pop singer with a powerful and emotional voice. He has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages and his previous A Night With Matteo tour sold out world famous venues including the Sydney Opera House and the Country Music Hall of Fame. He has sung for His Majesty Charles III and Queen Camilla, President Biden and music legend Lionel Richie.
Following the success of his collaboration on ‘Falling Back’ with Polish superstar Sana, Mateo recently unveiled his new single ‘If I Knew’ featuring multi-platinum and Oscar-nominated recording artist, Sofia Carson. This heartfelt duet marks another significant step in Matteo’s career, as he continues to create his own genre, following the success of his self-titled debut album ‘Matteo’. On the album, he showcases all aspects of his craft – not only a strong yet vulnerable vocal style, but also a great talent for songwriting. He also collaborated with his musical hero Ed Sheeran, who wrote the ballad “Chasing Stars” for him, in which Mateo masterfully performs the high notes.
