The family of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher is plagued by disputes. The nephew of the former competitor, David, confided on the social network that the family members struggled with psychological problems, domestic violence, and he, in addition, with the pressure of his mother Cora.

He also experienced unpleasant things during his parents’ divorce, after which he received a legal challenge from his mother.
Cora herself reportedly faces threats to kill her. This was reported by the Formula Nerds Twitter account.
“I want to live in peace and achieve my goals, without people constantly asking me about the accusations that my mother made against me and my father,” David wrote on the social network. Although he later deleted the status, it quickly spread and fans made copies of it.
“I remember that my mother suffered from mental problems. When I was five, she wanted to take me in a car and crash into a tree. A family friend of ours was nearby and took the car keys and hid them,” David recalls.
Later than the age of thirteen, he had to stay alone in his room during the vacation because his mother was hospitalized with a nervous breakdown.
“When my parents divorced in 2015, my mother threatened to destroy my lifelong dream of becoming a Formula One driver if I didn’t stay with her. She told me she wouldn’t sign the documents about the alternating custody,” her son accused Cora.
David did not want to live in an environment where his mother constantly said negative things about his father.
“Once she planned to take me away from my father against my will. The situation escalated and we had to call the police because the mother was constantly beating the father,” recalls David.
He allegedly gave her the chance to reconcile several times, but each time it ended the same.
“It is not true that my father slanders her, as she claims. My father always encouraged me to reconcile with my mother and talk to her,” he defended his father.
It seems that in addition to worrying about Michael, the family is also going through a complicated period.
