Jackie Apostel, his partner Cruise Beckhamthrilled her online friends with an Instagram post that revealed a rough patch with her health.
In an InstaStory she posted, the 29-year-old showed off a huge scar along her body spine — consequence of a very serious surgerywhich, as she stated, forced her to “learn to walk again.”
Although Jackie Apostel did not elaborate on the nature of the surgery, she did reveal how the surgery was done three months ago. At first, after the operation, she found it difficult to stand up, which tested her endurance and determination.
The post soon attracted the attention of her followers, who rushed to send her messages of support and wishes for a speedy recovery.
“Random thought. It’s wild to think that three months ago I was learning to walk again and I couldn’t stand up,” she writes. “Physically and mentally I had a hard time, it took me a long time to be okay with myself again,” he said.
“Our bodies are awesome and capable of so much. Take a minute to be grateful for your strength, whatever you are experiencing. We all know it’s okay to not always be well, and we hope everyone takes care of themselves by focusing on their mental and physical health,” writes Jackie.
