Jaguar Land Rover is recalling 111,709 of its cars

Jaguar Land Rover is proceeding with three recalls affecting 111,709 of its cars. The first recall concerns 86,914 Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover Velar and Range Rover Evoque models built between 2021 and 2024 and equipped with the 2,000cc Ingenium turbodiesel engine.

The reason for the recall is that the turbine oil supply line can loosen over time and cause an oil leak. The company will replace the line with a new one and tighten it to specification.

The second recall affects 19,037 2020 – 2022 Jaguar E-Pace models because the dashboard could damage the passenger airbag if it were to deploy in a crash.

Finally, the company is recalling 5,758 Range Rovers built between 2006 and 2012 due to defective Takata passenger airbags.
