DAPURPACUID – PT Jetour Motor Indonesia has stated its readiness to start its existence in the Indonesian automotive market, through the operation of its first dealer in Pluit.
The Jetour Pluit showroom is the first outlet for this Chinese car brand, located on Jl. Pluit Indah No 28, Pluit, North Jakarta, and was inaugurated on Friday (15/11).
This dealer, which is a collaboration with PT Mimosa Putra Abadi, occupies an area of around 1,000 m2 with a building of approximately 1,400 m2, the facilities provided are quite attractive.
President Director of Jetour Motor Indonesia, Jacky Yang, claims that the operation of the official Jetour dealer plays an important role and is the first step in the manufacturer’s interaction with consumers.
Jacky admitted that this first showroom in Pluit was an important momentum for Jetour’s journey in Indonesia and was the first step in establishing interactions with consumers.
“We are committed to prioritizing consumer satisfaction through comfortable facilities and an experienced team so that consumers can have a high quality standard experience,” he explained.
Pluit itself was chosen because this area is one of the areas that is developing as a business activity in Jakarta. Jetour believes that the presence of this showroom can be a solution for consumers in North Jakarta in particular.
The service facilities offered consist of sales and maintenance and service of units, availability of spare parts, as well as surveys to obtain information from customers.
The survey facility exists because Jetour Indonesia wants to provide overall satisfaction scores to customers, and continues to be its main focus.
“Because Jetour doesn’t just want to sell products, but also focuses on Travel Plus where cars are not only for mobility needs, but also to fulfill consumers’ driving lifestyle,” explained Jacky.
Filling the Jetour Pluit showroom area, the first two Premium SUV models were displayed, namely the Dashing and the X70 Plus. Currently both have been produced Completely Knocked Down (CKD) in Indonesia since last October.
CEO of Mimosa Putra Abadi, Darius Syahputra, explained that this collaboration was based on the belief of both parties to collaborate to grow this Chinese brand in Indonesia.
The two companies combine their respective potentials to introduce Jetour’s best SUV models, while simultaneously developing a wide network.
This includes, continued Darius, providing professional sales services, always being ready with solutions for various after-sales services, as well as ensuring the availability of spare parts.
“We are enthusiastic about partnering with Jetour Motor Indonesia in introducing quality SUVs to people in the Jakarta area in particular,” added Darius.
“With the company’s track record and experience in the Indonesian automotive industry, we are confident that we can meet consumer expectations and make Jetour the main choice in the premium SUV segment,” he said.
Jetour plans to expand its network to various big cities in Indonesia. This expansion aims to reach more customers throughout Indonesia and provide easy access to Jetour products and services. (dpid/TH)
