DAPURPACUID – Simultaneously with the release of the ‘World No.1 Castrol Oil’ campaign, Castrol Indonesia also launched a special livery for Johann Zarco ahead of the 2024 Mandalika MotoGP match.
This graphic was created by Indonesian talent, Widhiarko Guruh Saputro, and was embedded in the Castrol Honda LCR MotoGP Team racer’s motorbike.
The livery with the theme ‘The God of the Ocean Splits the Wind’ depicts elements of the God Batara Baruna, with the meaning of the ruler of the ocean who moves as fast as the wind.
Uniquely, the livery created by the winners of the Gaspol Castrol Livery Contest is also covered with typical Nusa Tenggara songket woven accents.
Zarco admitted that he was happy to see the energy and talent brought by these young designers displayed before the public throughout the world at the MotoGP event in Mandalika later.
“It’s an honor to have a livery that represents creativity with the theme ‘GO INDONESIA’ and Indonesian culture on my motorbike for the Indonesia GP,” he explained during the livery introduction in Jakarta, Wednesday (25/9).
As a form of appreciation for consumers, Castrol Indonesia invites the winners of the Gaspol Castrol Mandalika digital competition to watch the racing event live on the circuit this weekend.
Setijanto, the winner of the competition’s main prize will see the performance of the riders supported by Castrol, namely Aprilia Racing MotoGP Team, Castrol Honda LCR MotoGP Team and Trackhouse Racing MotoGP Team.
Not only that, this man who was born in Sragen will also get various ‘top’ facilities while watching the main class racing event at the Mandalika Circuit.
