How good will it be if you give an artificial intelligence the task of writing for car enthusiasts?
To test this, we commissioned ChatGPT 4o to write a review and drive review of one of the Lambos we tested – the very last Lamborghini Diablo that rolled out of the factory in 2001, aptly named the Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 SE. We asked for an article of 5,000-5,500 characters, which would be aimed at car enthusiasts with a more emotional and detailed approach, but with the characteristics of economic journalism. In a few seconds, the first version appeared, in which we asked to add more of the emotion of being behind the wheel, which of course the artificial fur did without objection.
As an explanation for asking a soulless and disembodied artificial intelligence for driving experiences, it should be noted that there are several freely available driving reviews of the final version of Diablo on the Internet. You have often driven the same last example owned by Lamborghini, which was also the test car for Äripää.
Next to the creation of ChatGPT, we offer for comparison what was written about Diablo in the big story of Äripää. We made some adjustments to it before turning to AI to make the text stand out from the rest of the article.
We do not specify which text is made by which. First, this way those who haven’t read the story referred to above have a chance to guess. Second, judging from the results does not seem to be very difficult. Moreover, a long article can be confirmed if necessary.
Which text is better, the first or the second? We leave that up to the reader.
